These Terms govern access to and use of the URZE Barefoot Label website (“URZE”, “we”, “us”), as well as the purchase of products through our online store. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use this website.

To use this website, you may be required to provide details such as your name, email address, address and payment information.
You are responsible for the accuracy and ongoing updating of the information provided, as well as for the security of your account.


Section 2. Products
We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible. However, variations in colour, texture or appearance may occur depending on the screen used.
We may update or discontinue products at any time.


Section 3. Orders
Orders constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order. An order is only considered accepted once confirmed by email.


Section 4. Prices and payments
Prices may change without prior notice. The applicable price is the one shown at the time of purchase.
Payment must be completed successfully at the time the order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or external factors.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns and Exchanges Policy.


Section 7. Gift Cards
URZE Gift Cards are issued in digital format and sent by email following confirmation of purchase.
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used towards any product available on the URZE website, unless expressly stated otherwise. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
If the full value of the Gift Card is not used in a single purchase, the remaining balance will remain available until the end of its validity period.
Gift Cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and are not eligible for return or exchange.
URZE accepts no liability for the loss, misuse or unauthorised access to the Gift Card code once it has been sent.


Section 8. Third-party tools
Promotional codes issued by URZE are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each campaign and may be subject to restrictions on use, validity or eligibility.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes:

  • are intended for the addressee to whom they were issued and may not be sold or used for commercial purposes;
  • cannot be converted into cash;
  • cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, campaign or promotional code;
  • do not apply to the purchase of Gift Cards.

URZE reserves the right to cancel or refuse the use of promotional codes in the event of fraudulent or improper use, or use contrary to these Terms.


Section 9. Intellectual property
All content on this website (including text, images, design, branding and visual identity) is the property of URZE Barefoot Label or its licensors.
Its use is not permitted without prior written authorisation.


Section 10. Third-party tools
We may provide access to third-party tools.
Such tools are provided “as is”, without warranties or liability on our part.

This website may contain links to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Section 12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, URZE shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data or any damages arising from the use of the website or the products.
