URZE was born out of Alexandra’s personal need to create footwear that reflected a unique vision of aesthetics and movement.
When entering the barefoot universe, she found a functional foundation focused on comfort and foot freedom. However, she also sought a language closer to her aesthetic sensibility — shaped by fashion, contemporary design, and cultural and musical references that span different geographies and atmospheres, always with a strong connection to place and rootedness.
With experience in trends, innovation, and branding, the project naturally evolved into the creation of a brand where movement is conceived not only functionally but also as an aesthetic expression. A place where design starts with the body and extends to how the object is built, perceived, and experienced.
